There is no one answer that fits all since it depends on many factors such as your goals, the type(s) of condition you are working with, how long you’ve been experiencing the condition. How often you do your own practice/homework and the regularity of our sessions influence the outcome of the work. In most cases clients feel effects as early as the 1st or 2nd session. In general, I recommend to start with 8 sessions to set you up to continue the work on your own for a lasting impact and shift in your well-being.
