YOGA THERAPY | SOMATIC MOVEMENT | BREATH | MEDITATION | AYURVEDA

YTM creates supportive spaces for individuals, groups, and organizations where YOGA THERAPY, SOMATIC MOVEMENT, BREATH, MEDITATION, AND AYURVEDA help people reduce stress, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner guidance.

YTM Philosophy

Move

with intention

Movement is the entryway to holistic healing because the body holds our lived experiences. Through intentional, therapeutic movement, you begin to access and shift patterns shaped by stress, trauma, and life itself.

Listen

With Curiosity

You learn to read the language of your body and the patterns it holds. Building this awareness you lay the groundwork for making choices that support your health and wellbeing.

Connect

Authentically

As you begin to listen inward, a deeper relationship with yourself develops - built on trust, care, and awareness. From there, you can live more authentically and cultivate healthier, more resilient connections with others.

What Brings You Here?

Pain, stress, fatigue, and overwhelm are often signals from the body — not isolated problems.

The areas below reflect the concerns I most often support.

Start where you feel most seen.

  • You may have heard that “yoga is great for back pain.”

But when you try a class, you might feel lost or your pain may even feel worse. Maybe you’ve searched for stretches or exercises online, yet nothing brings lasting relief.

Back pain rarely has a one-size-fits-all solution.

To uncover the cause of your pain, I take time to learn about your lifestyle and consider all aspects of you. This holistic understanding becomes the foundation for lasting change.

Through practices of yoga, somatic movement, breath, ayurveda and meditation, we work together to restore strength, reduce tension, and support long-term change. You will learn tools that empower you to continue your healing journey on your own.

If you’d like to better understand what your back pain might be telling you, book a free 30-minute discovery call to see if Yoga Therapy is right for you.

I had been relying on sleep medication for quite some time and was still having trouble sleeping. After this 5-day retreat with Stefanie, with its daily Yoga Nidra and nervous-system-calming practices, I’m sleeping through the night for the first time in years. I’ve even stopped taking my sleep medication. I feel empowered and deeply grateful!

B.

Working with Stefanie has been genuinely transformative for me.Others have commented on the changes they’ve noticed in me, but what has mattered most is what I’ve experienced internally. I feel more balanced and grounded, and, more importantly, I am now on a path of self-awareness that has made me calmer, more guided, and more confident. Her teaching has had a lasting impact on my life, and I am sincerely grateful for her guidance.

N.G.

Since I can remember, sitting straight used to be always exhausting and painful to me. After just a couple of months working with Stefanie, for the first time ever, I can sit straight without pain nor feeling exhausted!

M.D.

Stefanie has a gift for this work and has a nice balance of being empathetic and challenging. You do a wonderful job of mixing the physical practice with the spiritual, emotional, psychological elements.
